Our HR department is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join our collaborative team. This is a hybrid ** position. Responsibilities:
Administers all compensation and benefit programs including salary structures, incentive plans, health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, and other employee perks.Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards programs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend improvements as needed.Provides timely responses to employee benefit inquiries and concerns.Establish and maintain carrier and benefit broker relationships.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits.Manages the 5500 filings and all benefit-related audits.Maintains monthly benefits reconciliation (including auditing monthly billings, and ensuring the accuracy of reports between HRIS (Workday) and vendors).Manages inbound and outbound file integrations between health and welfare vendors and HRIS (Workday), and reconciles discrepancies.Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits offerings.Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary increases, and incentive bonuses.Manage all employee leaves of absence.Ensure strict confidentiality of all employee information.Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience and Education:
BS/BA and 5-7 years of benefits plan administration experienceStrong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designsKnowledge of compensation structures and competitive pay practicesESOP experience preferredHRIS systems knowledge; Workday preferred
