The DM&I Product Team is responsible for collection, standardization, resolution and management of data across NBCUniversal to enable for activation, monetization, and engagement in secure, privacy-centric ways. The DM&I Product Team leads up product strategy and development for the NBCUnified platform, NBCUniversal’s first-party identity platform that is available for advertisers and marketers across our brands and industries.

The Director of Product Distribution and Integration, Identity will be responsible for product management with a focus on distribution and integration of NBCU Identity (NBCU ID) across the Advertising and Marketing digital ecosystem.

You will be responsible for developing a road map and prioritizing a backlog of user stories from across the company and industry, working with stakeholders & engineering to deliver and integrate the NBCU ID through a regular scrum cadence, while promoting the Identity Product both internally and externally to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Engaging with customers across the company to understand their identifier needs and translate those needs into user stories and product backlogs.

Understanding and articulating the distribution and integration of appropriate identifiers across NBCUniversal ecosystem.

Creating and maintaining a product roadmap for distribution of the NBCU ID or other relevant IDs for use internally and externally.

Working with engineering to build appropriate distribution and integration methods by prioritizing workload and user stories to meet road map deliverables.

Answering product-related questions around the capabilities of the NBCU Identity product.

Ensuring product roadmaps are relevant, up to date, and being delivered against.

5+ years’ experience in product management and/or product development incorporating identity resolution techniques, optimizing identity resolution and improving recognition match rates.

Problem-solver with a desire to build solutions meeting customer expectations.

Understanding Advertising Technology Identifiers (HEMs, Device, IP) and their appropriate usage.

Experience with deterministic and probabilistic identity resolution methodologies.

Knowledge of 1st and 3rd-party identity graph providers.

Ability to multitask and change directions quickly as priorities change.

Experience working with Scrum product development methodology.

Research and data analytics skills with the ability to run queries and perform data analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, information systems, mathematics, or relevant field.

Strong and proactive communication with an ability to pivot between the “big picture” while maintaining strong attention to detail

Experience developing KPIs through proven product frameworks

Ability to manage change strategically and consider change impacts throughout product distribution and integration

Desired Characteristics:

Experienced with Marketing Technologies and one-to-one marketing

Experience partnering with vendors to achieve product goals

Experienced with Advertising Technologies like DSP, SSP, etc.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills – ability to achieve goals through others

Excellent writing and communication skills

Proven track record of delivering products on-time and on-budget

Strong interpersonal skills – with both internal and external shareholders

Experience with cloud computing like Snowflake, AWS or GCP

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Experience working with third-party graphs like Experian, LiveRamp, Merkle, Acxiom, etc.

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Additional Requirements:

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $160,000 - $205,000 + bonus and long-term incentive eligible
