Our client just promoted their Branch Manager to a new role within the organization.
We are looking to find a new Branch Manager who can oversee a book of business, sell enhancements and ensure the success and growth of the Branch.
Current revenue is $2.4mm with one Operations Manager, 7 maintenance crews, 1 enhancement crew and 1 Spray Technician.
The company has been servicing the local area for 20 plus years and they would like to hire someone who can lead this business which currently has a 95% client retention rate.
The compensation includes a Base Salary along with Bonus/Commissions on Enhancement Sales and Renewals, Take home Vehicle with Gas, Healthcare, Dental and Vision, PTO, Cell, Laptop and additional perks. Experience At least 8 years related work experience in commercial landscaping. Specialized Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and management skills, Ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals. Ability to drive revenue growth and increase profitability. Sound knowledge of the safe operation of commercial landscape tools and equipment and industry standards. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience working with commercial property managers. Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under tight deadlines. Flexibility. Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to display the highest level of leadership, professionalism, and integrity at all times.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard and in line with company policies and procedures. Manage and motivate a team of landscape professionals, ensuring that staff are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure that the branch is meeting its financial targets. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that services are being delivered to a high standard and that any issues are identified and addressed promptly. Enforce annual budgets which are prepared by the ownership group. Ensure timely and effective action is taken on all sales lead opportunities. Develop and maintain an effective interface between sales, operations and customers to ensure successful on-boarding and retention of new business. Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to build the company's profile and network with potential clients and partners. Champion our safety practices and goals through leadership and participation in Branch safety meetings.
