Responsibilities:
Execute timely monthly and quarterly financial close of financials.Provide general accounting functions, financial reporting, and analysis.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.Develop, implement, and enhance accounting policies, procedures, controls, and financial reporting systems.Monitor and analyze metrics to optimize operational performance.Build and improve infrastructure, including implementing a scalable ERP system.Coordinate tax returns and ensure compliance with income tax requirements.Facilitate annual audits with external auditors.Contribute to strategic decision-making and manage financial risks and opportunities.Qualifications:
Exceptional financial and business acumen.Hands-on experience in financial planning and reporting.Strong leadership and management skills in a fast-paced environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proven ability to drive accountability.Experience in high-growth companies.Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.Proficiency in implementing, integrating, and improving systems.Excellent analytical skills.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA highly preferred.
