Compensation: $100k - $140k / year

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our clinic's leadership team. As the Director of Finance, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial operations, reporting, and compliance. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the clinic's goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage the accounting team, providing guidance, oversight, and support to ensure quality work, meet deadlines, and analyze workload balance.Take full ownership of the month-end process, including close calendar management, working with the team to establish schedules, reviewing draft balance sheets and profit and loss statements (P&L), and providing end-of-month reporting to the CFO.Handle full treasury functions, including managing banking relationships and serving as an approver for signing checks and wires.Take ownership of the audit process, coordinating with CPA firms and managing the preparation of the PBC (Provided by Client) list.Collaborate closely with the accounting team, providing support and guidance in financial operations and reporting.Assess and manage staffing needs within the accounting team, ensuring proper staffing levels and skill sets.Oversee financial data integrity and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Provide financial analysis and modeling for specific initiatives and projects as required.Collaborate with the CFO as a strategic partner, contributing to the clinic's strategic planning process and assisting in long-term financial forecasting and investment decisions.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.CPA certification is a plus, but not required with substantial experience.Significant experience in financial management within a healthcare setting, specifically with PE-backed multi-physician and services companies.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to independently operate and provide guidance to a diverse team.Proven experience in managing financial systems and software, such as NetSuite or QuickBooks.Proficient in financial reporting and compliance requirements.Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to long-term planning and make sound financial decisions.Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the CFO, accounting team, and other stakeholders.Please note that the above job description is tailored based on the provided information and does not reference any specific company.Requirements
