Job Summary:The Department of Neurology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a child neurologist with subspeciality training in pediatric movement disorders interested in pursuing an academic career and joining our expanding Pediatric Neurology and Comprehensive Epilepsy Programs at UW Hospital and Clinics, American Family Childrens Hospital and affiliated locations. This position includes opportunities for teaching and research.

The candidate will also provide treatment and neuromodulation procedures for pediatric movement disorders patients.

Academic responsibilities include teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows as well as teaching continuing education programs for physicians and the public.

Scholarly activities include development of independent, extramurally funded research program.

The successful applicant will participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health. This position will be a dual appointment with UW Madison and UW Medical Foundation.
