Manufacturing Project Manager
to join our team at Ecolab. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects within our chemical plant, which specializes in tank mixing of products and subsequent transfer to packaging lines. This role requires a strong background in engineering, project management, and construction within the chemical industry.What's in it For You:

Opportunity to work onsite in a manufacturing plant work environment for those residing within a commutable distance of Garland, Texas or those willing to relocate for the position (Relocation package and travel arrangements for onsite interview available).
What You Will Do:
Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Budget Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, procurement, and financial reporting.Engineering Design:
Develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Construction Oversight:
Manage construction activities, including contractor performance, safety compliance, and quality control.Tank Mixing Systems:
Design, implement, and optimize tank mixing systems for various chemical products, ensuring efficient and safe operations.Packaging Line Integration:
Coordinate the integration of tank mixing systems with packaging lines, including bottle, pail, drum, and tote packaging, ensuring seamless transfer of products.Safety Compliance:
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety within the team.Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project success.Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during construction projects.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and/or construction within the chemical/manufacturing industry.
Must be
eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
as Immigration sponsorship is NOT available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with tank mixing systems and packaging line integration, including bottle, pail, drum, and tote packaging, a plus.
Strong
project management skills , including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
Exposure to engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the chemical industry.
