LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Controller for a client in the Aurora/Naperville area. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $130K-$150K + up to 20% Bonus plus health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, and more.

Manage accounting staffOverseeing internal controlsMonitoring expenses and cash flowOverseeing audit and tax functionsFinancial reportingUpdate policies and proceduresManage payroll and bank reconciliationsForecasting and budgetingManaging tax complianceAssist with ERP migrationAd hoc projects
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance6+ years of accounting experienceCPA highly preferredManagement experience required
