SCHEDULE: Mon - Thu: 8hrs shifts between 6:00am - 6:00pm (+ 30 min lunch break) & Fridays from 6:00am - 1:00pm (no lunch break)BENEFITS: 11 Paid Holiday Off Days + 10 PTO Days + 56 Hrs of Sick LeavePAY PACKAGES:
OPTION #1 (W-2): $75.00/hr + Full Benefits + AMG Insurance CoverageOPTION #2 (1099): $90.00/hr NO AMG COVERAGE + NO BENEFITS
DENTIST JOB REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED ITEMS
UPDATED RESUME: Must have at least 1yr of relevant recent work exp (Some candidates may require 3+ yrs)DMD/DDS DEGREE: Must provide diploma showing successful curriculum/program completion of DMD or DDS degreeEDU REQ: Must be graduate of accredited dental school approved by CODA or ADAWORK EXP REQ: 1+ yrs of full-time Dentist work exp POST graduate/residency programBLS CERT: Must provide a non-expired Basic Life Support cert (Issued by AHA or ARC only)BOARD ELIGIBILITY: Must be board eligible. Active board certification highly preferred
