Position : Director of Warehouse OperationsReporting to : PresidentLocation : Dallas, Texas (On-Site)OverviewTexas Slots & Gaming is seeking an experienced Warehouse Director to oversee the operations of our main warehouse facility in Dallas, Texas. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including inventory management, logistics, staff leadership, and process optimization. The Warehouse Director will ensure that our slot machines and gaming equipment are efficiently received, stored, and distributed to support our growing operations across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dallas warehouse, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of slot machines and other gaming equipment.Inventory Control : Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, implementing systems for regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity and minimize discrepancies.Logistics & Distribution : Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that deliveries are executed on time and within budget. Manage relationships with shipping and logistics partners to optimize transportation processes.Team Leadership : Lead and manage the warehouse team, including hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure high levels of performance and safety. Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and workflow. Implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.Safety & Compliance : Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations. Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.Facility Management : Oversee the maintenance of the warehouse facility and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition to support daily operations.Cost Management : Monitor and manage warehouse operating costs, looking for opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining high service standards.Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including sales, leasing, and customer service, to align warehouse operations with broader business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations, preferably in a single-site operation.Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience overseeing warehouse staff and ensuring high levels of productivity and safety.Logistics Expertise : In-depth knowledge of logistics and distribution processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.Inventory Management : Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and experience with inventory control processes.Safety & Compliance : Familiarity with safety standards and regulations for warehouse operations, with a history of implementing safety measures.Process Improvement : Ability to analyze current processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Communication Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.Education : Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field preferred.What We OfferCompetitive Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 + performance-based bonus.Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.Growth Opportunities : Be part of a fast-growing company with opportunities to take on more responsibility as the business expands.Innovative Environment : Work in the dynamic and exciting gaming industry, contributing to our success and growth in global markets.Texas Slots & Gaming is committed to creating an inclusive environment.
