Locum TenensJob Details:• Pay: $105 Hr.• Coverage dates: ASAP- 3 Months with high likelihood of extension• Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:30a-5:00p - with alternating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday). Will have days off during week while working weekend shift.• No Call• Type of Patients/Cases: Outpatient Internal Medicine; includes cold/flu, diabetes management, chronic conditions; familiarity with Kaiser’s practices preferred• Patients per shift: 3 Scheduled Patients per hour with 2 blocks scheduled for Mentor Spots. 20 Minutes per patient. Must be comfortable with telephone visits and video visits;• EMR: Epic• Support Staff: Dedicated LVN’s and MA’s• Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 90 DaysRequirements:• Active unrestricted CA License & Furnishing License• Active BLS certifications• Minimum 3 years of experience• Board Certified• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.TheraEx Staffing Services - APP Job ID #166011.Why Vivian Health?
