The Experienced Automotive F&I Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers of our dealership are satisfied with their transactions and informed of their rights. They will sell add-on products and services to customers in order to increase the value of their transactions.

Oversee financial transactions at the dealership, including closing deals and securing add-on products and services to maximize customer satisfactionGenerate and present financial offers to customers, ensuring the customer understands their rights and obligationsBuild relationships with customers in order to foster a strong customer service experienceMonitor and report customer satisfaction metricsEnsure compliance with all state and federal laws regarding F&IManage customer data effectivelyRequirements:
Positive, outgoing, energetic attitudeProven experience in the automotive sales industry and F&IAbility to meet and exceed goalsMaintain a high customer satisfaction indexAvailable to work flexible hours and weekendsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsGood organizational skills and attention to detailWilling to submit a pre-employment background check and drug screen
