About the Role
The Manager, Procurement would be responsible for the implementation of policies and strategies to ensure the timely availability of purchased materials and/or services, consistent with quality, cost and value. The role would manage the timely execution of purchase requests via the Vendor/Contract Management workstream. In addition the Manager, Procurement would act as a steward of the organization as the forward-facing representative of Procurement to both internal business stakeholders as well vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the Vendor Management workstream consisting of internal requests to onboard new vendors, submission of new agreement review requests, modified agreement requests and/or renewal requests.Coordinates all approvals required by our internal controls, processes and policies.Act as the forward-facing representative of the Vendor Management team liaising with both Internal Stakeholders and Vendors.Receives requisitions and reviews for completeness and necessary information.Perform data entry into an automated e-procurement system.Monitor online catalogs for updates of product, price, content information and, contract renewals to ensure business owner's visibility and renewal intentions.Maintains key meta data in all systems supporting Procurement and Contract Management.Drafts purchase orders and long-term agreements in a manner that ensures all requirements and special terms and conditions are met.Thoroughly understands and follows all policies governing procurement in order to instruct Internal Stakeholders in their applications.About You
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 5+ years of experienceOutstanding interpersonal relationship building skillsExperience excelling in a team-oriented workplaceMastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with P2P system managementGeneral knowledge of Procurement practices and negotiation tacticsEvidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentialityExcellent organizational management skillsSpecialized training in Procurement/Contract Management, preferredThe annual base salary for the Manager, Procurement role is expected to be between $120,000 to $140,000. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes, 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
