Job Overview :

As a member of the Financial Planning Analysis (FP A) team, the Senior Finance Analyst is a critical role supporting the consolidation of company results and analysis of company operating expenses and other areas as required. In this capacity the Senior Financial Analyst will provide deep financial analysis and actionable data insights to enable leadership to make decisions impacting the success of the business

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist in the consolidation of monthly results and analyze against forecast, budget, and prior year resultsPartner with corporate departments to provide meaningful expense analysis and facilitate the reforecasting of expensesSupport the annual budget and ongoing forecast process through the creation and management of submission templates as neededTake the lead in loading and reconciling budgets and forecasts into HyperionAnalyze current business and system processes for potential areas of improvementActively participate in problem solving initiatives to determine root cause, gap analysis, along with the development and implementation of process improvement recommendationsSupport Senior Management with ad hoc budgeting, reporting and analysisSkills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detailAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointMakes sense of a vast range of information from multiple sources to conceptualize, drive creativity, problem solve, and follow through on actionOracle experience preferredAbility to manage multiple work streams/projects and ad hoc requests with tight timelinesStrong technical aptitude, including ability to learn company systems/tools and create process efficienciesQualifications:

5 years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, AccountingStrong working knowledge of Financial Statements (P L/Balance SheetFLSA Working conditions:

The role is a hybrid status role with three (3) days/week onsite in Woodcliff Lake, NJ office.Some travel my be required (10%)Requirements
