Seeking a part time(0.7FTE) to full time(1.0FTE) Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.

Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care working directly with a group of clinicians to provide collaborative, evidence-based care while working in a medical clinic with clinicians in family medicine and internal medicine. On-site lab.
