Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:Experience in personal injury law (plaintiff or defense)Experience or interest in personal injury cases including negligence, auto and trucking accidents, premise liability, dog bites, slip and falls, 1sst party claims, wrongful deathManage and assist in cases from intake to resolutionCommunicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidenceOversee the preparation of demand letters, medical records review, trial materials and exhibitsConduct or assist in depositions, hearings, mediations and trialsExceptional oral & written communicationStrong academic background preferredAbility to work as a team playerLicensed in TX in good standingPersonal Injury Attorney
