We specialize in a wide array of injury cases with an emphasis on brain, spine and catastrophic injuries. We also represent individuals in a range of employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation and more.
Your core duties and responsibilities will include:
Managing a caseload of 30-40 cases acting as the lead attorney through all aspects of litigation from filing through trialDeveloping case strategies and theoriesDraft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsTaking and defending depositions including plaintiff, defendant, experts, and moreEngaging in settlement negotiationsActing as second chair in trialsMaintaining client communication to provide updates on case progressOverseeing and directing Paralegal and other support staffWhy join us?

We are on the hunt for a dedicated, assertive, and highly skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.3+ years' experience in personal injury civil litigation (Plaintiff Side)Ability to work in Torrance, CA office at least 4 days/weekExperience managing own caseload including taking/defending motions, drafting motions, discovery, etc.Trial experience a plus but not required.
