What You'll Do:
Create financial models, including tax equity partnership models.Assist in drafting internal approval memos.Build Financial modeling in Excel & PowerPoint.Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support and guide decision-making and negotiations.Coordinate and conduct all due diligence reviews and deliveries internally and externally with third-party vendors.Create and manage acquisition and project financing closing checklists.Manage the NDA process and draft a letter of intent for the transaction.Maintain internal project management tools and track milestones.Conduct industry research, including competitor analysis and market studies.Track major industry news and log key metrics in an internal database.Requirements
Skills and Experience You'll Need:
2-4 years of project finance, investment banking, valuation advisory, or other related experience.1+ year of experience in investment management or investment banking.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.Proficiency in Financial modeling, Tax & credits.A good understanding of the renewables industry.Bachelor's degree.Must-Haves:
3-10 years project finance, investment banking, valuation advisory, or other related experience5+ years experience in investment banking, power project finance, or renewable energy project financeProficiency in Financial modeling, Tax equity & creditsExperience with renewables (Energy)Nice-To-Haves:
Previous leadership experienceProject implementation experience
