Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale IT projects, focusing on third-party applications integrated with Epic EMR.Oversee project scope, budget, and resources, ensuring timely delivery.Mentor junior project managers and ensure adherence to PMO processes.Manage data conversion efforts during system implementations.Communicate project status to stakeholders and resolve risks/issues.Required Experience:
Proven experience in Epic implementation for large healthcare systems.Strong background in managing third-party applications and data conversions.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field.PMP certification preferred.7-10 years of IT project management experience in healthcare.
