Responsibilities:Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager:Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding options best suited for our clientsProcess loan/titling and miscellaneous documents efficientlyMake sure all laws regarding fund acquisition and expenditure are followedDevelop cost-reduction strategiesOversee employees who are responsible for compiling reports or budgetsProvide all gathered information and assessments to top executivesMaintain great lender relationshipsExplain all aspects of a customer's purchase ensuring 100% satisfactionEngage in business development to encourage referrals and repeat businessMeet dealership sales goalsMaintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scoresOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager:Previous Finance and/or F&I Managerial experience requiredUnderstand and comply with federal/state/local regulations which affect the new/used vehicle purchase and finance departmentMust be ambitious, and customer-service drivenProfessional appearance and strong communication skillsComputer skillsTeam orientedValid drivers license with good driving recordMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current residentMust pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screenWe are an equal opportunity employer.
