Responsible for approving menus and nutritional supplementsProvide dietary counseling to pts and those responsible for the patient upon dischargePerforming and documenting nutritional assessmentsEvaluating patient tolerance to therapeutic diets as appropriateCollaboration with other hospital services to plan and implement patient care as necessary to meet the nutritional needs of the patientsMaintaining pertinent patient data necessary to recommend, prescribe, and/or modify therapeutic dietsMaintaining professional standards of practice
Qualifications
Job Requirements:4 year/Bachelors DegreeDA Registered (or registration eligible)Oklahoma licensure (or Provisional LicensureStatus)
