The T&D team is seeking a

Learning & Development Manager, Early Career to be responsible for the oversight, creation, and execution of leadership programming, in conjunction with the Global Head of Talent & Development. This role is an integral part of the Talent & Development team and will be charged with the ownership of a portfolio of early career development programs.

This individual will be expected to lead, design, implement, manage, facilitate, evaluate, and identify continuous improvements in the Firm's early career development programs. The Learning & Development Manager, Early Career will need to stay aligned with the firm's goals in collaboration with our Line of Business (LOB) and HR stakeholders and the global T&D Leadership team.

This role requires that one be passionate about early career development, experienced in development models & philosophies, collaborative, always learning, and results oriented.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

Design, implement, and manage a portfolio of high-impact early career development programming that elevates the capabilities and understanding of our top talent early in their career and aligns with BBH's Talent Strategies needed to achieve BBH's strategic goals.Identify clear learning objectives aligned with current and future developmental needs of the learner population that are understood/valued by all stakeholders.Facilitate engaging and impactful learning experiences, incorporating diverse instructional methods to cater to various learning styles.Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders and their talent, enabling professional growth and addressing specific development needs.Serve as the owner/main point of contact for select early career programs.Oversee program management including working with Program Managers and a Coordinator to ensure on time execution that is high impact and within budget (i.e., stakeholder communications, program logistics, materials, assessment processes and deadlines, vendor management etc.)Partner with internal and external stakeholders to leverage technology and/or vendor offerings to enhance programs.Establish mechanisms and metrics to assess the effectiveness of early career development programs, and continuously iterate for improvement, making evidence-based enhancements that strengthen learning outcomes.Stay abreast of current research and trends in the learning/early career development space and driving a learning culture through innovative solutions.Build positive, collaborative, and action-oriented partnerships with stakeholders to ensure optimal effectiveness and efficiency of programming, as well as contributing to consistent stakeholder, and participant experiences.Ensure the design and implementation of effective components that are executed before, during and after live learning events, to optimize the impact of holistic development experiences.Ensure alignment with and act as a back-up for VP, Leadership Development and VP, Functional Development, co-creating, designing, and leading enterprise initiatives.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, graduate/Master's degree desirable.15+ years of experience in HR or Leadership roles required with proven experience in program management, design, and delivery of development programs preferred.Strong understanding of executive development; executive coaching certification and assessment experience required.Experience managing and/or facilitating flagship programming preferred.A passion for live, in-person facilitation.Ability to draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, and skill development take place in a measurable way.A proven track record of successfully working as a business partner with a senior management team, building trusting and effective relationships with leaders across the enterprise preferred.Demonstrated experience successfully managing change and developing leaders required.Intellectual curiosity and inclusive leadership with a passion for continuous learning and development.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present data effectively.Expected travel 10-25%
