Job Description
NorthBay Health is seeking a Board Certified, Licensed Otolaryngologist to practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. NorthBay Health is ideally located between the San Francisco Bay Area Region, Napa Valley and Sacramento. With an abundance of recreation and leisure options Northern California offers residents the landscape for healthy active living.
Our board-certified team of Otolaryngologists, speech therapists and audiologists will provide a comprehensive evaluation and then employ a variety of treatments including medication, advanced diagnostic procedures and surgery to ensure a personalized care plan for the ultimate wellbeing of our adult and pediatric patients.
Overview:Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Dedicated procedure and administrative timeCall Ratio: shared callDaily Patient Census: 10 - 16 patients per dayEquipment/Resources: Operating microscope, 2 towers for nasal/sinus scopes, and ultrasoundProvider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)Primary Responsibilities:
Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)Basic BiopsiesMyringotomiesClosed nasal fracture reductionsQualifications
Qualifications:
MD or DO degreeBoard-certified in OtolaryngologyLicensed to practice medicine in the stateProven experience in Otolaryngology proceduresExcellent diagnostic and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentCompensation and perks:
