Are you a veterinarian looking for a new opportunity in the Houston area? Our large hospital in west Houston near Katy, TX, is seeking a dedicated and experienced veterinarian to join our team!
Located in a recently remodeled 6,000 sqft. facility, we offer compassionate care with modern diagnostics and general practice surgery capabilities. Our hospital serves a loyal, diverse clientele - from long-standing clients to newcomers - in the thriving energy corridor. You'll have the opportunity to deliver top-tier care with advanced tools and a highly skilled support staff.
What We Offer At Our Practice:State-of-the-art diagnostic capabilities, including 3 ultrasounds, in-house cytology, and digital X-ray.Fully equipped surgery and dental suites.A 2:1 DVM to tech ratio, ensuring you have the support you need. Our techs handle many tasks independently following your guidance, allowing you to focus on your complex needs patients.A skilled team, including 4 doctors. We have 1 full-time veterinarian and experienced part-time doctors to collaborate with you.Flexible daytime shift scheduling.Continued education and professional development that's customized to enhance your practical veterinary skillset.Mentorship and the ability to cultivate relationships with other Innovetive Petcare veterinarians for learning and case support resources.The ability to be able to pursue your passion for exceptional animal care without sacrificing a healthy work-life balance.Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university, or equivalentActive licensure in good standing to practice in the state of TexasExperienced in companion animal wellness, preventive care medicine, and client communicationSkilled or interest in general surgery, with a commitment to continuing education and advancing your surgical expertiseA commitment to the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethicsPassion for collaborating with other doctors, staff and leadership to improve patient outcomes to drive clinic successBenefits
