COPC, the largest independent physician-owned primary care group in the US is seeking a Family Medicine MD or DO to join our team at COPC Granville Pike Family Physicians located at 1800 Granville Pike, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.

About the practice:
This well-established practice has four PCPs, and several medical, clinical and service reps to to support the providers and patients. There is one Physician retiring soon, so the incoming Physician will inherit an established patent panel.
This Primary Care Group is an outpatient practice that has had a great reputation for patient care in the community for many years. It's focus is on health education, preventive medicine and disease management to deliver high quality patient care that is the Best for Primary Care.
Office Hours:
8:00 - 5:00 pm, Mon-Friday.
Additional Services:
COPC has their own Lab, radiology services and vaccine repository.
COPC has a Care Navigation team available to answer medical questions when their Physician is seeing other patients during the day.
COPC Same Day Centers & Pediatric Support Centers are open for COPC patients needing immediate medical care when their PCP is unavailable during the day,evenings and weekends.
COPC Hospitalist Team provides care for COPC patients in the hospital.
COPC uses state of the art EMR - EPIC.
