Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial mechanical services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards. This role is crucial for maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of our commercial mechanical services, including HVAC, refrigeration Service, Maintenance and Projects.
• Ensure compliance with all industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within scope.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and support staff and Managers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Lead Organization Development in the areas of Integration of IT Tools, Quality Improvement and Management Systems
• Maintain accurate records and reports on operational performance and client satisfaction.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business development strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the commercial mechanical services sector.Proven track record of successfully managing service teams in National or Regional operations.Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, refrigeration.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
