Job Profile Summary
Associate Vice President/Corporate Card Program Management will provide day-to-day operational support for the Americas Corporate Card Program, providing a client focused user experience, in conjunction with cross-functional collaboration to identify, build, and develop process efficiencies.
Job Description
Program Administrator for the corporate card program. Provide MUFG card holders with optimal support and service through day-to-day management of card program. Oversee and execute corporate card program initiatives and enhancements. Maintain corporate card admin mailbox. Document procedures and policies.
Additional Job Description/Responsibilities
Leverage card industry or banking expertise, reporting metrics, tools and resources to provide the best solutions for the organization, proactively communicating with internal partners and cardholders.
Manage ad-hoc requests such as balance reconciliation
Develop a comprehensive reporting program to benchmark the overall card program and provide recommendations for cost savings, improvements to service performance, delivery and program enhancements.
Serve as key contact for all card related inquiries and policy clarifications.
Process applications of new card requests
Process account closure of inactive or closed accounts
Process account maintenance requests such as balance increases or account information
Qualifications
2-5 years of relevant corporate card management or similar program management experience
Extensive corporate card management, procurement and operations experience
Excellent organizational, analytical and team management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of communicating across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking, superb time management, judgement, and problem-solving skills.
Superior customer service skills
Solid proficiency with all areas of Microsoft Office and Outlook
The typical base pay range for this role is between $84K - $104K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
