Time as Reported Psychiatrist for University Mental Health Practice program

University of Rochester: Office of the Provost: University of Rochester Medical Center: School of Medicine and Dentistry: Psychiatry: Psychiatry: Psychiatry Salary Range or Pay Grade $150 / hour Description The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry is seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to join its University Mental Health Practice (UMHP) at Sully's Trail in Pittsford, NY. UMHP is a faculty practice that includes psychologists and psychiatrists who are a part of the Division of Collaborative Care & Wellness in the Department of Psychiatry. The role of the psychiatrist is to provide initial diagnostic evaluations of patients presenting with various psychiatric concerns and to develop a plan of care including medication management and psychotherapeutic interventions as clinically indicated. This is a time-as-reported (TAR) postition and the successful candidate would need to qualify for both a faculty appointment in the Department of Psychiatry and a medical staff appointment. We anticipate the need to be approximately 8 hours a week.
