Summary of Position:

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled General Surgeon to join our team in Lancaster, PA. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive surgical care to patients, contributing to our mission of improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve.

Position Highlights:

Join a team of 3 General Surgeons and 1 APP

Community-based surgical practice in a tertiary care center

Advanced technology with minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgery

Experienced colleagues and collaborative leadership

Opportunity be part of a growing community-based practice with the support of the Penn State Health system

Lancaster Medical Center features 129 private inpatient beds, an emergency department, physician offices, various specialty inpatient services, an imaging lab and complete medical and surgical capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary – guaranteed base salary during your first two years with opportunity for productivity bonuses

Requirements:

M.D., DO, or equivalent degree

BC/BE General Surgery

Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Pennsylvania

Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
