Case Management:
Independently handle family law cases from inception to resolution, including courtroom litigation.Legal Research:
Conduct thorough research on family law issues, ensuring well-informed legal strategies.Documentation:
Draft, review, and analyze legal documents with precision, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.Client Interaction:
Communicate complex legal matters with empathy and clarity to clients of varying levels of sophistication.Collaboration:
Work closely with other attorneys on complex cases, and effectively communicate with outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff.Court Appearances:
Represent clients at depositions, mediations, and hearings.Billable Hours Management:
Track and manage billable hours, ensuring that all client and case management obligations are met.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law.Active license to practice law in California is required.Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) designation or eligibility is a plus.Benefits:
