Must-Have: - References covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years- Willingness to float between facilities within the state Job Description: - Position may float between units.- On-call is not required.- Weekend shifts are required on a PRN basis.- Block schedules are required.- Expected patient ratios range from 1:2-4.- Facility type is a Children's Hospital / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with a total of 181 staff beds.- Scrub color: All RN staff wear Navy.- Modified time is noted for the position.- Commitment required to work 3 out of 5 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.- Local applicants accepted with a lower bill rate due to proximity requirements.- Background checks required; facility does not accept certain background hits.- Orientation includes 40 hours of non-billable training.- Travelers are expected to float as needed; refusal may result in termination of assignment.- Communication devices required for job duties will be provided if necessary.
