Madden Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our client's team in a Direct Hire role. The successful candidate will develop and manage job plans for the Maintenance Department, prioritize work orders, schedule Technicians, and oversee parts purchasing and storage using CMMS and JDE systems.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $65,000
Maintenance Planner Responsibilities:
Review and prioritize work ordersPrepare Technician schedulesDevelop work procedures with necessary details (skills, tasks, parts, tools, contractors, etc.)Supervise MRO Buyer, CMMS Coordinator, and Parts ClerkCoordinate parts/materials purchasing and inventoryGenerate and maintain a 14-day maintenance scheduleAlign maintenance activities with production schedulesOversee planning and forecasting to minimize plant downtimeManage stock inventory and ensure accurate cycle countsMaintain organized parts room (5S practices)Maintenance Planner Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical education preferred1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience with plant and facility equipmentFamiliarity with JDE and CMMS systemsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMaintenance Planner Benefits:
