Duties and Responsibilities
Be a Role Model to new Team MembersProvide excellent Customer ServiceAdhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and ProceduresMaintain and foster Company CulturePrep and make sandwiches (pull meat, prepare veggies, bake bread)Maintain store cleanlinessMaintain Food SafetyMaintain Workplace SafetyMaintain Store and Equipment SafetySlice and prepTrain team members, run shiftsContinuously maintain managerial self-developmentAssist with recruiting effortsQualifications
Must be 18+Preferred management experienceMust be a good coach to develop teamMust be coachableMust have experience in dealing with customer and employee issuesMust be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoingMust be computer proficientWorking conditions
Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Jimmy John's stores play music at a moderate level all day. Must be able to avoid distraction and apply safety best practices while using slicer, knives, and oven.
Physical requirements
Must be able to stand for the length of shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to climb a ladder if needed.
