Job Responsibilities:Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documentsNegotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client's behalf when appropriateRepresent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigationQualifications:
Membership in the South Carolina State Bar Association and a state license to practice law are mandatory3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas.Bilingual (Spanish) a plusSuperb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
