Job Description:LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join our client's Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in casualty litigation and insurance practice areas. This role involves comprehensive support to the attorneys, ensuring efficient management of case details, and adherence to all court-related deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedingsManage electronic filings and ensure compliance with Washington state and federal court rules and proceduresMaintain and organize case files, documents, and evidenceHandle docketing and calendaring to meet all legal deadlines reliablyPrepare legal documents, correspondence, and reports as requiredProvide exceptional client service and handle client communications with professionalism and discretionJob Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigationProficient with Washington state and federal court rules and procedures.Excellent secretarial skills including typing, transcribing, and editing of legal documentsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenHigh degree of professionalism and ability to work with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and familiarity with Net Docs is preferred

Pay Details:

$75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
