Job Description:
Hampstead Pre-Owned is searching for an experienced F&I Manager to complete and fund dozens of automotive contracts a week.
The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial and insurance aspects of the car buying process. This role involves working closely with customers to provide financing options, selling insurance products, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive finance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and lenders.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:Work with customers to find financing options that meet their needsEnsure you abide by state and local lawsMaintain your education & keep up to date with changes in local and state lawsComplete and fund contractsAssist customers with financing issues before, during and after the saleProvide exceptional customer service, address customers questions and concernsOffer a variety of insurance products and extended warrantiesQualifications(Certifications, Skills):
Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to automotive financeStrong understanding of automotive finance products and insurance optionsPrior experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with dealership CRM systems and financial softwareStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyF&I certification (preferred)Able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently (preferred)
Experience:
We are searching for candidates with at least 1-2 years of experience performing F&I duties at a car dealership. The ideal candidate would be ready to get started day one.
Compensation:
Commission Structure: Tiered percentage based on PVR
Average Yearly Compensation: $70,000 - $200,000
