Mills Auto Group is looking for experienced F&I Managers with extensive luxury experience to join our high volume luxury store
Our Automotive Group is looking for high performing Finance Managers. This position requires a high focus on exceptional customer experience while delivering a world class luxury automotive buying experience. We are a 20 year old privately held auto group that is growing and promoting from within. These are very coveted spots.

Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance & insurance programs to customers. This position works with the Sales Team and Financial Institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers.
Duties & Responsibilities include:Selling financing & insurance products and services to our customersAttaining goals for gross production of financial services/productsReview customer credit applications for completenessUtilize menu selling process 100%Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for each dealMaintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standardsCommunicate with sales team to ensure every customer is handled efficiently and professionallyEnsure compliance with all laws & regulatory obligationsEnsure completion & submission of all financial documents where applicableMaintain effective communication with team membersPromote and help maintain outstanding CSIRequirements
Must have at least 2 years of automotive luxury franchise dealership F&I experience including secondary financing.Proven track recordStrong record of positive customer satisfaction resultsTeam orientedExcellent track record with financial institutionsValid driver's license with good driving recordSubmit to and successfully complete MVR & background check & pre-employment drug test.Benefits include:
