Job Description
Moneta is actively seeking
Client Service Managers
to join our financial advisory teams. In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs. As a Client Service Manager, you will work alongside the team's Advisors and Partners on a wide range of projects focused on clients' needs. Essential ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain client relationships, focusing on client retention, manage new client implementation process, coordinate and support client activities with other team members as necessaryEstablish high trust relationship with clients to act as first point of contact and liaise between client and Advisor/Partner, understanding the client's overall needs and help identify value-added servicesAssist Advisors and Partners in executing on daily operations and develop a comprehensive understanding of team processes and proceduresCollaborate across centralized operational departments for efficiencies, best practices, and to achieve highest level of serviceWork directly with third-party custodians and vendors, meeting industry cut-off times, and implementing Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial SystemsPopulate and maintain systems data and client files, coordinate billing, journals, transfers, and review monthly cash reportsResearch unique and complex financial situations as they ariseAttend and participate in learning opportunities through Moneta University, client team meetings, and internal resources provided by Compliance, Talent and Organizational Development, etc.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with an emphasis in Accounting or FinanceProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsExperience working in a team environment preferred2-3 years of work experienceMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAdditional Information
