Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of clinical pediatric neuroradiology. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. Must be ABR board-certified or ABR eligible in diagnostic radiology, and have completed a formal fellowship in Pediatric Neuroradiology or equivalent training or experience. Fellowship training in pediatric radiology or demonstration of equivalent experience is a plus. Applicants in mid-career with established records and 5 or more years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching residents and fellows during readouts and conferences and participating in interdisciplinary conferences with clinical subspecialties. Teaching of medical students will be limited to those rotating through the Department of Radiology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. In addition, the candidate will prepare learning materials and lectures, teaching posters and presentations for national review.

Clinical responsibilities may include clinical coverage in the areas of Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), MEG (optional), and coverage at the Specialty Centers when necessary. The candidate will also be assigned to in house coverage on evenings, nights and weekends.
