Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, we provide effective personalized multi-lingual intervention that improves the lives of the individuals and families we serve.To find out more about our clinic, visit us at www.Ensembletherapyservices.comPosition Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (Clinic- Based)Compensation: $68,000-80,000Why become a Physical Therapist Assistant with Ensemble?Growth Opportunities- you will have the opportunity to move your way up through our career pathInitial and Ongoing Training- you will receive quality training from our experienced team of cliniciansMake a difference- you will work with a variety of patients and families, and help them achieve their goalsJob Duties:Execute individual treatment plans for patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist supervisor Regularly reassess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals, and openly communicate your findings to your supervisor Complete all necessary documentation including SOAP notes, and progress summaries using the Company's electronic record system within the expected timeframe Educate patients and their families about the recovery process and the challenges they may face Meet minimum utilization goals / other business objectives as required Collaborate with peers in other disciplines within Ensemble Therapy for patients who are seen for multiple services Open to feedback from the PT supervisor, Lead PT and/or Clinical Director to support your growth within the companyKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Pediatric experience from infancy/early intervention to teenage years of multiple diagnosesGraduate of Physical Therapist Assistant School accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our patientsMust be willing to complete Physical Therapy treatments both in-person and via telehealth (if clinically appropriate)Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of pediatric patients (age, race, ethnicity, etc.)Be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)Be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service drivenChampion the Company's culture and live the Company's core values while being an ambassador for Ensemble Therapy Have fun!
