Your day to day as a Licensed Physical Therapist AssistantAs a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at SummitWest Care, you will work with clients in their homes to build and maintain independence while ensuring they receive the highest level of care. Your role will involve providing timely and accurate documentation to keep track of each client's progress, allowing for seamless communication and collaboration with our clinical team to tailor the treatment plan according to individual needs. Additionally, you will educate clients and their families in alignment with the physical therapy care plan, emphasizing empathy and support throughout their recovery journey. This collaborative approach not only enhances client outcomes but also fosters a flexible and inclusive environment where both clients and caregivers thrive.

What matters mostTo excel as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at SummitWest Care, you must possess a valid Active CO PTA License, a Valid Driver's License, and Current Auto Insurance to ensure safe transportation to client locations.
