Henry Ford Health (HFH ), in Southeast Michigan, is seeking two board eligible/certified Plastic Surgeons to join an expanding practice at Henry Ford Hospital located in Detroit, Michigan and Henry Ford Medical Center – Fairlane located in Dearborn, Michigan. This position entails the potential for broad spectrum plastic surgery as well as a practice with special emphasis on arthroscopy, hand and wrist surgery .
The position offers:
· Access to state-of-the-art surgical equipment
· Opportunities to train medical students, residents and fellows
· Academic appointments available for those who qualify through Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and Wayne State University School of Medicine
· Supportive staff of nurses, APPs and Mas
· OR time at level 1 trauma center and ambulatory surgery sites
HFH is an academic institution encouraging staff to participate in teaching and research opportunities at its main hospital in Detroit and 30 outpatient centers. As a member of one of the largest and most experienced group practices, with over 2,600 physicians and researchers, the Henry Ford Medical Group, will have colleagues to collaborate patient care with in over 40 specialties.
