How you will make an impact:

As the Engineering Operations Project Manager, you will play a critical role in facilitating project planning, monitoring progress, managing resources effectively, and coordinating efforts across multiple departments within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects, meeting milestones, and delivering on time. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Facilitate and monitor engineering project plan creation and execution.Closely collaborate with other departments including Process Engineering, Controls Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Machine Shop, and Facilities.Optimize and maintain engineering project tracking via an effective dashboard.Actively participate in project kickoff and close-out meetings.Generate and update project status reports on a regular cadence.This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA.

The skills and experience you'll need:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.5+ years of experience in project management or operations within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of project planning methods and tools.Must be Proficient with MS Office software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Planner, and a working knowledge of a wide variety of software packages, and operating systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Don't meet every single requirement? US BASE PAY SCALE $90,300 - 126,000

The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
