Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing (APRN or FNP) or Complete Physician Assistant programUnrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in the state of (Connecticut) or ability to obtain prior to startCertified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPAActive, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start

: The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
