Responsibilities:

Develop network solutions and procurement strategies that balance cost efficiency with service level commitments.Provide comprehensive procurement support to Odyssey and its clients.Create new supplier solutions in response to client-specific requirements.Identify and evaluate potential new carriers.Negotiate commercial terms with carriers to secure favorable agreements.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department and managed services.Work towards Odyssey's savings and service targets by following and driving relevant initiatives.Investigate discrepancies in Odyssey's savings calculations to ensure accuracy.Enhance master data quality by reviewing and proposing improvements for TMS uploads.Monitor and assess supplier performance to ensure alignment with cost and service objectives.Maintain strong working relationships with Odyssey's carriers.Foster respectful, professional, and ethical relationships with both clients and logistics service providers.Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Transportation, Supply Chain, or Business.At least 5 years of experience in bulk transportation required.Experience in bulk procurement within a brokerage environment required.Exceptional data analysis skills using desktop tools and software.Strong problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, focused, and proactive.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working effectively with clients, carriers, and Odyssey personnel.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously.Certification in Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement principles preferred.Benefits:
