Job Description
The Manager, Vendor Procurement will oversee the relationships between TAH and its vendors and suppliers nationally.
Identify potential vendors and conduct research to determine optimum services and pricing.Manage company relationships with vendors monitoring contract terms and mitigating risksManage vendor governance models for maintenance teamIdentify and align vendors with teams in order to meet business goals and objectivesServe as an escalation and resolution leaderEnsure vendor contract terms are followed by internal team members and vendorsAchieve KPI reporting and use to drive performance goals and improvements as neededDevelop and create systems and processes that support the vendor roles and responsibilitiesImplement quality agreements and relationship management strategyVerify consistent pricing in all marketsQualifications:
Experience with all aspects of vendor oversight: vendor selection, contract development, selection, performance management, and continuous improvement of the vendor baseDemonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external business partners to deliver optimal performance, efficiency, costs, and qualityExperience driving consistency and innovation across vendorsBroad knowledge of all maintenance functionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum Requirements:
BA preferred3-5 years previous construction or related experienceIntense attention to detail with accuracy and consistencyStrong presentation skills

Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.$83,920.00 - $139,860.00
