As a Software Procurement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing software agreements, maintenance, and related services across the enterprise. Your leadership will drive the selection of products and suppliers, ensuring the best pricing, quality, service, and terms while minimizing risks and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee software agreements, maintenance, and related services enterprise-wide.Lead cross-functional teams to strategically select products and suppliers.Ensure optimal pricing, quality, service, and terms for software purchases.Partner with internal stakeholders to draft and negotiate complex contracts.Provide ongoing supplier relationship management and performance oversight.Analyze software cost models and provide strategic recommendations.Lead negotiations and contract management for large-scale software agreements.Strategize with business and technical teams to understand organizational needs.Develop meaningful requirements with cross-functional teams to ensure quality supplier responses.Research and develop sources of supply and manage RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes.Evaluate supplier financial stability and perform business analysis focusing on total cost of ownership.Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities.Manage overall supplier performance and act as an escalation point for non-performance.Develop strategic category plans aligned with business goals and competitive benchmarks.Manage change and influence technology adoption within stakeholder groups.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.5+ years of experience in software procurement, including contract negotiation and management.1-3 years of experience with electronic procurement or contract solutions.Strong knowledge of various software agreements (perpetual, term, subscription) and IT products.Demonstrated understanding of IT terminology and procurement processes.Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferredWorking Conditions• Office Environment
