Senior Owner Project Manager
for a variety of projects throughout the Boston Metropolitan area.

Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.
Hill-LiRo is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, Needham, MA and Metro Park, NJ.
Responsibilities
Project lead for both Design and Construction phasesCommunicate directly with client, A/E team, Builder, stakeholders and user groupsOversee and ensure quality and consistency of design and construction and all aspects of projectProvide technical evaluations, advice and guidanceMonitor and track project budgetsCoordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed workManage project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related discipline10+ years’ experience in Project ManagementRecord of excellence in leading Massachusetts K-12 projectsHigher education facility renovation/construction experience requiredStrong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executivesExpertise in project administration for budget and schedule managementStrong technical and leadership expertise is neededAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasksStrategic perspective and ingenuity for solving problems to avoid negative impacts
