ABOUT THE ROLEThe Infrastructure Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and maintenance of Drexel's growing property portfolio. This role involves managing property acquisitions, construction projects, and building maintenance to ensure the company's infrastructure aligns with its strategic goals.

What You'll Do:Strategize property opportunities by evaluating properties and engaging with municipal officials, banks, surveyors, and city municipalities to facilitate land acquisition and obtain the requisite permits and development agreementsOversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including new building construction, renovations, and expansionsManage project budgets, timelines, and quality standardsCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve successful project deliveryDevelop and implement a preventative maintenance plan to preserve the value and functionality of the company's real estate assetsEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standardsOversee vendor relationships and contracts for maintenance services.Enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of existing facilities by optimizing their utilizationManage facility operations, including space allocation, lease administration, and energy management. Collaborate with departments to address facility-related needs and issuesPrepare and analyze in-depth financial reports related to real estate investments and operationsMaintain accurate and organized records and documentation of real estate transactions and projectsCollaborate with legal counsel on property-related mattersWhat You Need:Experience in real estate, building industry, or a similar fieldAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving mindsetAbility to communicate well with others and work independentlyExcellent knowledge of building rules and regulationsWhat We Look For:Your background involves putting customers firstYou have been a HUGE contributor to the success of a teamYou are known to be uber-organized and detail-orientedYou are uniquely you and bring something that no one else can.
