ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Scheduling and Warranty Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the scheduling team and ensuring smooth execution of warranty and installation services. It will be your responsibility to efficiently manage service technicians and resources to meet client needs and uphold our "48-hour Resolution Guarantee." This role requires adept management of appointments, conflict resolution, and coordination with various departments to deliver timely and accurate service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:Lead and develop team members to foster excellent service and strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and Drexel Team MembersSchedule service technicians and installers for warranty/installation workMonitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delaysProactively address and resolve scheduling conflictsFoster effective team communication through daily huddles and tactical meetingsEnsure optimal resource allocation to meet client demandsProvide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and complaints, always prioritizing Drexel's 48-hour Resolution GuaranteeAssure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding scheduling and warranty processesAnalyze schedule performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in project executionExecute timely and accurate completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasksWHAT YOU WILL NEED:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to establish and maintain strong relationshipsStrong knowledge of warranty policies, procedures, and best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional organizational and time management skillsEffective training and development capabilitiesWHAT WE LOOK FOR:You are a servant leader who has been a HUGE contributor to the success of an organizationYou have been a HUGE factor in holding teams accountableYou are known for keeping your commitments and delivering resultsYou are uniquely you and bring something that no one else can.
